What you'll do:
As an Investigation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive authentic and safe products. You will validate, review, and deep dive into investigations and products. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify patterns in defects and provide effective solutions. Working closely with Product Management and business teams, you will gather requirements to implement proactive measures. Your role will also involve handling escalations and working on a feedback loop to continuously improve accuracy.

- 3+ years of experience in data-driven business operations processes
- Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets
- Decision making skills based on given guidelines
- Knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research – finding specific information about various product categories is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deep dive data sets, product conditions and root cause key defects
