Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent sales in the South East Asia market, develop packaging materials, and execute marketing and sales initiatives locally. The successful candidate will have the chance to manage local profitability and working capital, report KPIs related to sales, and participate in customer meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent social skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure.

As the Sales Director, for the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in representing our client's sales in the South East Asia market. You will be responsible for developing packaging materials, supporting sales activities to both existing and potential customers, and managing local profitability. Your role will also involve reporting on key performance indicators related to sales, profitability, and working capital. Furthermore, you will be tasked with executing marketing initiatives locally and ensuring that all customer data is up-to-date.

  • Develop Packaging Materials for the South East Asia market
  • Support sales activities to existing and new potential customers
  • Manage local profitability and working capital
  • Report KPI´s related to sales, profitability working capital
  • Develop and execute Division/Segment sales plan to the specific market/country
  • Execute marketing initiatives locally
  • Ensure that customer data, price and rebate agreements are up-to-date in cooperation with CSCs

The ideal candidate for this Sales Director position brings a wealth of experience in sales of similar products. You are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure while maintaining a high level of performance. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively convey information in both verbal and written English. As a good team player with excellent social skills, you can easily build relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Your proactive attitude and outgoing character make you stand out as a leader.
