Trek is currently recruiting for a Store Manager job for their first Singapore store, who can demonstrate incredible hospitality, provide exceptional leadership behaviors and wants to run a business as if it was their own. Having a love of bikes is great, however not essential.
About the Store Manager Role: As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for the management and activities of all aspects of the store's operations. This permanent position reports to the SEA General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching, driving, and inspiring your team to deliver on all performance objectives whilst creating a positive store culture
Owning the Trek brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences by following Trek's sales process
Delivering financial results and achieving sales, margin, and inventory targets through the optimisation of retail KPIs
Leading the team to deliver excellence in visual merchandising, operations, and store processes
Establishing weekly, monthly, and annual objectives that tie to the overall store sales strategy and cost management plan

To succeed in this Store Manager role, you will need resourcefulness and ambition, a focus on quality, simplicity, and the love of a challenge. You must be able to leverage your knowledge and experience to guide our customers towards their perfect bike, resulting in an exceptional customer experience, and be a confident decision maker with great communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders from all areas of the business.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated an ability to lead and work cooperatively in a team
Extensive experience delivering a high level of hospitality to customers
Passion and involved in cycling
Knowledge about and the local cycling communities and clubs in Singapore and have the ability to interact with them
Minimum of four years general retail experience and two years in a supervisory role
Proven record to increase sales and profit
Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills
Sound computer proficiency especially in working with MS Excel confidently
The ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
