An exciting Sales Manager (12-month contract) role has just become available at one of the most respected and reputable technology companies. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, this is a role for a strong sales leader in the technology field.
About the Sales Manager (12-month contract) Role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for creating, nurturing and optimising business sale leads, supporting business development alongside the Store Lead, and generating new business opportunities.
- Drive acquisition of new customers via multiple programs – subsidiary relationships, testing new referral models, working with marketing and demand gen teams
- Optimise retention and upsell amongst existing customers – both programmatically, and via relationships with key customers
- Deliver on time fulfilment and excellent customer experiences, which differentiate the client from other vendors and channel partners
- Be the face of the brand, demonstrating executive maturity both internally and externally
- Knowledge of how businesses use technology and the solutions that the brand's devices and services can offer
- Manage the pipeline, performance and optimisation of the offshore CSS resources, in partnership with their line managers
To succeed in this Sales Manager (12-month contract) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively with the distributor sales force and customers.
- University degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in a fast paced, results driven culture is preferred
- Minimum of three years' technology related sales or business development experience in Singapore
- Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture the opportunity to close and manage the customer relationship through success
- Proven success in closing deals and technical understanding of devices and commercial requirements
- e-Commerce experience is desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications Dynamics CRM or other CRM experience is a bonus
- Relationship focused and driven providing excellence in service, sales, and marketing
