What you'll do:

As a Sales Analyst – Sales Programme and Performance, you will immerse yourself in the world of data-driven decision making within one of the most respected organisations in the logistics sector. What you bring:

To excel as a Sales Analyst – Sales Programme and Performance you will bring proven experience from previous analytical roles where you have managed complex datasets using leading Business Intelligence tools. Your background should include hands-on involvement with database design development as well as advanced use of Microsoft Office applications. You are adept at translating raw data into meaningful insights that inform commercial strategy while maintaining rigorous standards for accuracy. Your interpersonal skills enable you to communicate findings effectively across diverse audiences—whether coaching new hires on reporting tools or presenting recommendations during senior management reviews.   • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suites including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Copilot, PowerAutomate are necessary; experience handling large-scale databases is highly valued.
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong business acumen enable you to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Additional certifications in Data Analytics or related fields would be considered advantageous when applying for this role.
  • Proven ability in projection and forecasting methodologies supports your capacity to provide reliable revenue estimates and KPI projections.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with an innovative mindset allow you to present complex findings clearly while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Oracle or Python as well as exposure to machine learning techniques would be beneficial but not mandatory.
