This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in driving brand performance and ensuring operational excellence across multiple airport counters. You will be at the heart of a vibrant retail environment, supporting sales execution, maintaining high standards of brand representation, and collaborating closely with retail teams, operations, and agency partners. With a competitive monthly salary ranging from S$3,800 to S$4,200, this position provides an excellent platform for those passionate about the beauty or fragrance industry and eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving setting. Enjoy the benefits of working regular weekday hours while contributing to the success of one of the most recognisable brands in travel retail.
- Competitive monthly salary between S$3,800 and S$4,200 with opportunities for professional growth within a renowned travel retail environment.
- Engage in a highly collaborative role that bridges sales, operations, and brand representation across 11 dynamic airport locations.
- Benefit from regular weekday working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM) in a supportive team culture focused on operational excellence and personal development.
What you'll do:
As a Brand Coordinator based at Changi Airport, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day rhythm of airport retail by ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, operations personnel, and agency partners. Your focus will be on upholding brand standards through meticulous attention to store presentation and visual merchandising while actively supporting sales performance through effective communication of incentives and regular reporting. You will play an integral part in inventory management by conducting frequent store checks across multiple locations—taking swift action on stock issues—and collaborating with logistics teams to resolve any supply chain challenges. Your ability to maintain high housekeeping standards at each counter will reinforce the brand’s reputation for excellence. Additionally, your involvement in staff rostering and welfare matters will help foster a positive team environment where everyone feels supported. By consistently delivering on these responsibilities with care and precision, you will contribute significantly to both operational efficiency and overall brand success.
- Drive and achieve monthly sell-out targets by supporting sales initiatives and providing timely updates to supervisors and area managers.
- Collect weekly sales data from the team, compile reports, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders for ongoing performance tracking.
- Support sales incentive programmes by communicating mechanics, monitoring progress, and sharing updates with the sales team to foster motivation and engagement.
- Conduct regular store checks across all central shops and gate shops to ensure healthy inventory levels are maintained and minimise potential sales loss.
- Take immediate action on stock ordering, replenishment, and inter-store transfers as needed to guarantee product availability across all counters.
- Monitor stock-on-hand (SOH), testers, and gift-with-purchase (GWP) usage; place orders with supervisors or area managers to ensure timely distribution.
- Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams regarding late shipments to ensure prompt receipt of stocks at all locations.
- Ensure consistent brand image and presentation by overseeing maintenance of fixtures, managing visual changes, installations, and submitting monthly counter photos for tracking purposes.
- Implement correct planogram layouts and point-of-sale material (POSM) execution across all counters while supporting promotional activities such as signage updates, tester displays, GWPs, and new launches.
- Manage monthly staff rostering in partnership with agency partners; support welfare matters including uniform orders, free goods distribution, claims processing, as well as assisting with ad-hoc price checks and product surveys.
What you bring:
To excel as a Brand Coordinator in this prominent travel retail setting, your background should reflect proven experience in coordinating retail activities or supporting brand operations—ideally within the beauty or fragrance sector. Your expertise should encompass not only technical knowledge of inventory management systems but also an eye for detail when it comes to visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate brings outstanding organisational skills that enable them to juggle competing demands across multiple locations without losing sight of key objectives. Your natural ability to communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—will allow you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues at every level. A genuine enthusiasm for working collaboratively within teams will set you apart as someone who values shared success over individual achievement. Adaptability is crucial; you must feel comfortable navigating the unique challenges presented by an airport retail environment while remaining calm under pressure. If you have experience using digital tools for reporting or tracking performance metrics this would further enhance your contribution.
- Prior experience in retail coordination or brand operations within the beauty or fragrance industry is highly desirable for this role.
- A strong understanding of retail operations processes including inventory management and visual merchandising is essential for success.
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently across various store locations.
- Excellent communication abilities are necessary for effective collaboration with sales teams, agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and harmonious working relationships within diverse groups are important assets.
- A proactive approach combined with hands-on problem-solving capabilities ensures smooth daily operations even in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining composure under pressure is vital for thriving in this setting.
- Familiarity with reporting tools or systems used for compiling sales data would be advantageous but not mandatory.
