As Regional Sales Director South-East Asia you will play a pivotal role in representing the Systems Sales Division across a wide geographical area. You will be instrumental in driving business development efforts in Australia alongside local agents, expanding product awareness throughout the region. By linking with Segment Leaders and internal teams according to established processes, you will ensure smooth communication channels that facilitate effective project management. Your ability to penetrate new markets will be key as you evaluate potential customers and create impactful marketing campaigns. Managing customer relationships will require you to discuss upcoming projects in detail while generating leads that convert into orders. Negotiating contracts with tact ensures mutually agreeable outcomes. Documenting procedures accurately guarantees compliance at every stage. Your success in this role hinges on your capacity to plan sales activities strategically while organising commercial files efficiently.


* Represent the Systems Sales Division for the region of South-East Asia by acting as the primary point of contact for all sales activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.
* Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and managing annual forecasts and budgets for the SEA region through careful planning and resource allocation.
* Lead, coach, and guide Sales Managers as well as support Agent FS representatives in the region by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
* Act as Front Sales for South-East Asia by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
* Drive business development initiatives for products and solutions in Australia in close cooperation with local agents to expand market reach.
* Link and communicate effectively with Segment Leaders and internal functions according to company processes and standards to ensure seamless operations.
* Penetrate new equipment markets by evaluating potential customers, increasing brand awareness, and creating market visibility through targeted campaigns.
* Manage customer relationships by discussing upcoming projects and equipment requirements while generating leads and identifying new opportunities.
* Review customer terms and conditions thoroughly to negotiate favourable agreements and contracts that benefit both parties.
* Document sales procedures meticulously to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, codes, and verify purchase order accuracy.
