This role offers the opportunity to drive brand growth through strategic partnerships with select retailers and distributors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale business across their assigned region, maintaining strong relationships with accounts, and ensuring that brand standards and commercial goals are met across all wholesale touchpoints.

What you'll do:

As a Wholesale Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of a globally recognised luxury timepiece brand. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing partners while identifying new strategic accounts. Your role will involve developing annual sales plans, partnering with retail clients to optimise performance, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across accounts, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with various teams for operational excellence.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners
  • Identify and secure new strategic wholesale accounts in alignment with brand positioning and growth strategy
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and targets for wholesale channels
  • Partner with retail clients to optimise sell-through performance and stock turn
  • Ensure brand standards, storytelling, and visual merchandising are consistently executed across wholesale accounts
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and respond to competitive dynamics
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and optimal inventory levels

The ideal candidate for this Wholesale Manager position brings a wealth of experience in wholesale sales within the luxury industry. You have a proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding targets. Your deep understanding of the luxury market enables you to meet the needs of high-end retail clients effectively.   • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wholesale sales within the luxury watch, jewelry, or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of growing wholesale accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and the needs of high-end retail clients
  • Strong network of existing relationships within the luxury retail or timepiece industry
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
  • Willingness to travel regularly (domestically and internationally as needed)
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
