About the Admissions Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment, you will play a key part in achieving student enrolment targets for the program by driving lead generation and conversion. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment pipeline and promoting the university to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets
• Act as a brand ambassador for the institution, proactively engaging students across platforms to establish interest in the programme
• Drive recruitment process from lead generation (outbound calls, email, SMS) to qualification and application and enrolment
• Organise and participate in recruitment events such as info sessions, industry fairs, association engagement, road shows, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, such as brochures and videos, to showcase the university to prospective students
• Manage and build recruitment pipeline for the programme, preparing timely reports for the leadership team

In order to succeed in this Admissions Manager position, you must be driven, with experience in student recruitment, as well as a passion for higher education and the ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of sales experience working with tertiary institutions
• Excellent communication and written skills, ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong passion for sales, resourceful and resilient
• Knowledge about the Singapore student recruitment market, experience working with agents
