An exciting Head of Sales and SEA Area Sales - Wire Harness, CNC job has become available at a global wire harness firm in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for a strong commercial and sales leader keen to take the next step in their career.

About the Head of Sales and SEA Area Sales - Wire Harness, CNC Role:
You will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the sales team for the region. You will take charge of driving and achieving the sales revenue and profit target in covered territory (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, Pakistan, Taiwan). This is achieved by driving and managing the regional distributors and agents with clear business strategy, action plan, goal setting & tracking and necessary support to achieve the business target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to maintain the current customer base as well as explore new potential customers in targeted market segments with own sales team as well as distributor resources
• Proactively manage the relationship end-to-end (from external key customer contacts to internal different product centres)
• Provide adequate market information to product centres for product improvements and developments
• Manage the routine sales reporting to local management as well as HQ as required
• Hold the core values and comply with Code of Conduct of the company

To succeed in this Head of Sales and SEA Area Sales - Wire Harness, CNC role, you will be a charismatic leader with an outstanding track record in sales achievement and team management. You should also be excited to join your sales team in attaining sales targets and achieving common goals.

Key Requirements:

• University Degree or MBA, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, marketing, business management and distributor management
• More than five years in sales in the industrial environment
• Must have machinery sales experience. Experience in wire harness processing industry is preferred
• Regional experience within APAC especially in Southeast
• Distributor management experience is preferred
• Commercial/industrial product experience preferred (product knowledge, market experience and competition information on the market)
• Good people-management and communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Readiness to travel to the regions (50%)
