About the Contract Specialist (six-month contract) Role:
Your key responsibility will to handle incoming inquiries and orders from new and current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle orders to process them internally using designated sales and financial systems/processes
• Work with the company’s sales and account management team to ensure that orders are processed correctly for clients
• Work independently and will need to use problem-solving skills to follow up with appropriate teams to push orders through
• Assist with renewal quotes, quote creation, price management, subscription management and reviewing and making line amendments to client contracts

To succeed in this Contract Specialist (six-month contract) role, you must have strong data entry experience and be proficient in Microsoft programmes.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years' relevant work experience
• Good attention to detail, strong communication and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Programs including:
• Outlook – Needs to be comfortable receiving up to 200 emails per day and understand how to respond accordingly and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams
• Excel – Proficient with formulas, v-lookups, and other skills
• Has experience with revenue reporting or processing orders
• Good knowledge in systems such as Salesforce, Apttus, ServiceNow, and Oracle
