A Sales Director (FSI) job based in Singapore has just been available in MNC that is a leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, headquartered in France. You will be part of the APAC FSI Sales team, responsible for driving growth of strategic global accounts.
About the Sales Director (FSI) role:
Based in Singapore, you will be part of the APAC FSI Sales team, responsible for driving growth of strategic global accounts.
- Prospect, manage and maintain senior level relationships with clientele
- Run end to end sales cycle
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Account Management with outcome of increased sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, new business growth and innovation will be monitored
- End to end process & expectation management with various internal stakeholders like finance, legal, solutions, delivery, HR, Recruitment etc.
- Maintain competitive knowledge and market intelligence
- Strategize and manage deals with networking, market intelligence , solutioning & negotiation
- Fiscal responsibility with regards to expense management
To succeed in the Sales Director job, you must have a proven sales track records (hunting + accounts management).
- At least 10 years of technology sales experience especially in the financial services and insurance sector
- Managed large accounts of more than US$7mil
- Experience working in the APAC Markets
- Experience selling technology solutions such as Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data and etc
- Understanding of various contracting structures, pricing models and solutions
- Strong understanding of the account(s) P&L
- Should be able to manage forecast accuracy within the BU
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships
- Ability to drive account growth by managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and C-Suite presentation skills.
