An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation in the tech and data space. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, highly competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within Singapore's core real estate sectors, financial Institutions, Real Estate Agencies, Insurance and Government.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organisation by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within Singapore's FIs, banking and real estate sectors. You will develop and execute robust sales strategies based on structured territory plans while understanding client pain points to provide the right solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers in prospective corporate logos will be key to your success in this role.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within key sectors including banking, real estate, FIs and agencies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on structured territory plans
  • Understand client pain points and identify the right solutions
  • Curate fit-for-purpose sales proposals that deliver value propositions and potential ROI for clients
  • Track and provide timely updates on sales performances against assigned targets in CRM tool
  • Ensure ethical behaviour in sales contract negotiations, rate card pricing and client management
  • Establish a solid understanding of all aspects of the product and solutions to acquire new corporate logos efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to present solutions that address client needs

The ideal Senior Business Development Manager will bring a wealth of B2B Sales / Business Development experience within a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record in net new logo acquisition and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to work independently and think strategically when approaching sales tasks will be crucial. Strong interpersonal skills and effective networking abilities are essential, along with a coachable attitude and willingness to learn quickly about the platform, product suites, processes, and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience within a fast-paced environment (direct client facing role) in Singapore
  • Proven track record as a solid performer in net new logo acquisition and in exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching sales tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective networking abilities
  • Coachable attitude: Willingness to learn about the platform, product suites, processes, and stakeholders extremely fast
  • Strong communication skills with good presentation and speaking abilities
  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • An in-depth understanding of the real estate market and ecosystem players in Singapore and Southeast Asia is a plus
