Client Director

A Client Director job has become available in the business development and sales team of one of Asia's fastest growing leadership development and strategic human capital management solutions providers.

About the Client Director Role:
Reporting to the Deputy Director for Business Development and Client Services, you will be responsible for identifying high-value clients and developing a sales pipeline for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and achieve revenue targets aimed at client retention and revenue generation
• Research on industry trends and talent landscape whilst identifying the right market segment for growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and decision makers for key clients
• Work across project and programmes team to ensure solutions are customised to suit clients' needs
• Build a sales pipeline through research as well as leveraging on existing contacts

The successful Client Director must have relevant experience in selling and positioning customised leadership development and human capital management solutions across C-suite business leaders in the technology and financial services space.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in business
• At least eight years of business development and sales experience across within the human capital management and leadership training solutions space
• Strong network of contacts at C-suite levels
• Highly motivated hunter who builds strong relationships
• Excellent team player with strong negotiation skills
