About the Sales Director Role:
In this commercial role, you will be responsible for covering the ASEAN market and driving sales figures through channel management and direct selling approach and at the same time managing a small team.
- Manage the P&L of ASEAN Market
- Provide guidance to the sales team and develop team members in selling
- Create additional revenue streams through channel distribution and direct selling
To succeed in the Sales Director job, you must have a minimum of five years of leadership or management experience.
- At least ten years of experience in the sales or business development line
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Preferably has selling experience in the automotive industry
- Able to coordinate and work with multitask stakeholders
