- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities throughout Southeast Asia by researching potential partners, channels, and untapped markets.
- Lead initiatives for market entry and expansion by overseeing the setup and launch of both mono-brand and multi-brand retail stores.
- Develop comprehensive business plans for new markets or store openings that include detailed sales projections, investment requirements, and expected returns.
- Establish, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with distributors, business partners, and online platforms to maximise collaboration.
- Drive sales efficiency by implementing best practices across all channels to ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Oversee forecasting processes, pricing discipline, inventory management strategies, and overall partner performance to maintain optimal operational standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to track progress against objectives and align on corrective actions when necessary.
- Perform annual SWOT assessments for existing points of sale (POS) to inform clear sales strategies based on actionable insights.
- Ensure visual merchandising at partner POS meets brand standards while maintaining an engaging online presence through multi-brand dealer platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan product training sessions that enhance partner store capabilities.

- Minimum five years’ experience in channel management or retail sales across multiple markets or regions within the luxury or premium consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent business growth through effective partnership management and achievement of challenging targets.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a conscientious approach to follow-through and responsiveness in all aspects of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Thai is highly advantageous due to frequent communication with local distributors in Thailand
- Proven capability in developing comprehensive business plans including financial projections for new ventures or store openings.
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams as well as independently when required by project demands.
- Interest or background in premium lifestyle products such as technology, design, art or cultural sectors; relevant product knowledge is considered beneficial.
- High level of professionalism with mature interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI tools is desirable
- Ability to adapt quickly within evolving environments while maintaining composure under pressure.
