Save job

A leading global design brand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to champion their growth in Singapore by connecting retail excellence with the architecture and interior design (A&ID) community. This role offers you the opportunity to nurture meaningful relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for both residential and commercial projects.

What you'll do:

As Regional Sales Manager – Retail and Architecture & Design, you will immerse yourself in Singapore’s thriving interiors landscape by forging strong connections with influential architects, interior designers, developers, and retail partners. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with A&ID firms to understand their project needs; supporting them with technical resources such as renders or samples; managing end-to-end sales processes; promoting the brand’s unique story; collaborating with showroom teams; monitoring industry trends; and acting as a trusted advisor who brings value at every touchpoint. Success in this role means being proactive in nurturing relationships that lead to tangible business outcomes while upholding the highest standards of service. Your ability to connect people across sectors will be instrumental in driving both revenue growth and brand reputation.

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage architecture and interior design firms, developers, and corporate clients across Singapore to generate high-quality leads that convert into sales.
  • Support designers throughout their project journey by providing renders, samples, and access to the company’s Toolbox resources to help them influence homeowner choices effectively.
  • Manage direct sales proposals from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals with both residential and commercial partners, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
  • Promote the unique selling points of the brand—including American heritage, manufacturing standards, sustainability credentials, and design excellence—to position it as a preferred choice in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with retail teams to maximise showroom traffic by leveraging B2B relationships and ensuring high conversion rates from visitors to satisfied customers.
  • Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the A&ID community by offering expert advice, timely support, and tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador who embodies the company’s ethos in all interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends within the design industry to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly for sustained growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy between retail operations and B2B initiatives for optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

What you bring:

In this Regional Sales Manager – Retail and Architecture & Design position, your established background in A&ID sales equips you to navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease. Your interpersonal strengths allow you to foster genuine connections that translate into long-term partnerships. You bring not only technical knowledge of design processes but also an understanding of what motivates both creative professionals and commercial buyers. Your sensitivity towards sustainability trends ensures your recommendations resonate with today’s environmentally conscious clientele. By combining strategic thinking with practical support for colleagues across departments—from retail showrooms to B2B channels—you contribute meaningfully toward shared goals. Your reliability makes you a go-to resource for clients seeking guidance on everything from product selection to project delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience in architecture & interior design sales—ideally within furniture, luxury retail or related design sectors—enabling you to quickly build credibility among discerning clients.
  • A well-established network within Singapore’s A&ID community as well as residential development circles that allows you immediate access to decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with an empathetic approach that fosters trust-based relationships across diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in supporting designers through complex project cycles including renders preparation, budgeting discussions, timeline management, and post-sale follow-up.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset balanced by a collaborative spirit—enabling you to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution while working harmoniously within teams.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles relevant to product selection or project specification is highly desirable for aligning with current market expectations.
  • Understanding of American design standards or international best practices adds further value when advising clients on product suitability or compliance issues.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets through effective lead conversion strategies without compromising on service quality or ethical standards.
  • Ability to act as a positive brand ambassador who consistently reflects organisational values in all professional interactions.
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar tools for tracking sales activities is advantageous.
