Regional Sales Manager

A Regional Sales Manager job has become available at one of the most renowned brands and manufacturers in the heavy equipment space, well known for its wide range of products across pavers, rollers, crushers and stabilisers.

About the Regional Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director for the region, you will be responsible for building the right dealer network. You will also manage relationships with existing customers and new customers across different dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage existing dealer network
• Manage and work with dealers to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Work across service and marketing teams to ensure revenue growth
• Develop and execute a go-to market plan with the MD for SEA
• Identify suitable growth opportunities through market intelligence and insights

The successful candidate has strong dealer network experience and is passionate about growing businesses.

Key Requirements:

• A Degree in Marketing
• At least five years of experience within construction equipment, preferably with strong understanding of dealer network
• A self-motivated individual who builds strong relationships
• Excellent team player who is keen to grow their careers within the construction equipment space
