What you'll do:
- Generate new business opportunities throughout Southeast Asia by identifying and engaging with both SME and enterprise clients who can benefit from advanced cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that leverage multiple sales channels to maximise reach and impact within target markets.
- Convert marketing-generated leads into successful deals while proactively building your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.
- Position innovative solutions such as bot management platforms and multi-cloud orchestration tools to address specific customer needs and industry challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure alignment on solution value propositions and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at client meetings, both virtually and in person when necessary, acting as a trusted advisor who understands evolving market demands.
- Build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, opening new verticals for business expansion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales tactics and client conversations.
- Contribute insights to refine sales processes, improve customer engagement strategies, and enhance overall commercial performance.
- Demonstrate potential for future leadership by supporting the scaling of the sales team as business traction increases.
What you bring:
- At least five years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on cybersecurity, infrastructure, or cloud-based solutions within Southeast Asia or similar markets.
- A proven track record of successfully hunting for new business opportunities and closing deals with both SME and enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of subscription-based software sales models and their application within complex organisational environments.
- Self-motivated approach with a hands-on attitude towards achieving targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setting while remaining highly responsive to team collaboration needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication abilities for articulating technical concepts in ways that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with product development or technical teams to align solution offerings with customer requirements.
