As a Clinical Senior Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management, your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around delivering exceptional clinical support for advanced cardiac devices. You will engage directly with hospitals, doctors, and allied partners to facilitate smooth procedural consultations, provide technical troubleshooting during implantations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role involves collaborating on tenders, managing consignment stocks, resolving technical issues swiftly through diagnostic analysis, and supporting marketing initiatives such as workshops or congresses. - Deliver comprehensive clinical support for the cardiac rhythm management portfolio to hospitals, medical professionals, and allied partners both directly and indirectly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery and support functions that contribute to outstanding customer experiences.
- Attend to doctors or key opinion leaders such as cardiologists and electrophysiologists in both private and government hospital settings, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Work collaboratively with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks as well as channel partners on tender processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Provide technical support including maintenance of tools, testing procedures, and prompt responses to field inquiries from doctors regarding cardiac devices.
- Assist with implantations and procedures while following up closely with patients and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Resolve issues efficiently by conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions within clinical environments.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with organisational goals while maintaining compliance with established business guidelines and healthcare regulations.
- Manage key processes and procedures related to cardiac device operations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Initiate sales activities in collaboration with the marketing team, supporting programmes, workshops, congresses, and clinical studies as required.
