What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at acquiring major multinational clients throughout the South East Asia region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through relationship nurturing to successful deal closure, maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the organisation as an ambassador during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior decision-makers to build trust and credibility.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of the company’s travel solutions to prospective clients at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Bid Management, Account Management, Marketing teams, and subject matter experts to craft compelling proposals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilise Salesforce effectively to track leads, analyse performance data, generate insights, and continuously improve sales outcomes based on market trends.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting of sales activities while staying informed about emerging opportunities within the corporate travel sector.
  • Foster strong internal networks by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
  • Stay attuned to changes in the business travel landscape in order to anticipate client needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Champion the organisation’s values by promoting an inclusive culture where every team member feels empowered to contribute.

What you bring:

  • At least eight years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles where you have consistently achieved or exceeded targets within complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels including C-suite executives, procurement professionals, and travel managers across multiple sectors.
  • A strategic thinker who possesses commercial awareness combined with strong financial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing pipelines, tracking performance metrics, generating actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications enabling you to create impactful presentations and reports tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated individual who is curious about emerging trends in business travel and eager to expand their knowledge base through ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly while fostering trust among clients and colleagues alike.
