Your interpersonal skills allow you to build strong connections across teams—fostering an atmosphere where knowledge is freely shared for collective benefit. A keen eye for detail combined with robust analytical abilities enables you to identify patterns in past performance data that inform smarter decision-making moving forward. You thrive when given responsibility for managing projects independently yet remain committed to supporting broader team objectives through open communication and shared learning experiences. A degree-level qualification (or equivalent practical experience) is required; fluency in English—both written and verbal—is essential; familiarity with online pitching platforms is considered advantageous.

- Proven capability in crafting compelling value propositions that align closely with individual client needs and organisational strengths.
- Experience providing strategic recommendations based on analysis of pitch outcomes, industry trends, or process improvements identified through critical review.
