What you'll do:

As a Partnerships Sales Manager based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of a global network of flexible workspaces. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre on identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as building owners and franchise operators, and executing business development activities that result in tangible growth.

  • Deliver new partner locations annually, contributing to substantial increases in system revenue through effective business development strategies.
  • Engage with building owners, franchise operators, and competitors using a broad-based approach tailored to various commercial structures.
  • Generate market awareness and visibility for the partnership proposition by developing strong B2B connections and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through networking events, local canvassing initiatives, and targeted outreach activities such as cold-calling.
  • Source partners capable of driving rapid network growth by converting existing buildings or securing new properties efficiently.
  • Present the full range of partnership solutions to prospects, guiding them from initial interest through commercial negotiations and board approval processes.
  • Transform commercial discussions into signed contracts with expert support from the legal team, ensuring all agreements meet organisational standards.
  • Spend considerable time engaging directly with potential partners in the field, generating leads, meeting customers face-to-face, and closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and integration into the wider network.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or B2B business development within fast-growing organisations where collaboration is essential for success, ideally Real Estate, Property or any other related.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and delivering multiple high-value deals at pace showcasing your dependability and commitment.
  • Ability to self-generate interest through proactive outreach while maintaining focus on achieving agreed targets collaboratively with your team.
  • Outstanding communication skills enabling you to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences both large and small in an inclusive manner.
  • Capacity to work under pressure while thinking creatively to generate interest in partnership propositions without compromising quality or integrity.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with financial literacy that instils confidence among stakeholders during negotiations and presentations.
  • Professional proficiency in English as well as fluency in the local language relevant to Singapore’s market requirements.
  • Experience collaborating across departments or regions to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Sensitivity towards cultural differences when engaging with international stakeholders or negotiating cross-border agreements.
  • Commitment to continuous learning demonstrated by participation in training programmes or pursuit of professional development opportunities.
