What you'll do:
As Vice President of Growth, you will be entrusted with driving regional expansion by setting strategic direction, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strong partnerships. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with Partnership Sales Directors across multiple countries, developing innovative approaches to business development, and leveraging your interpersonal skills to create compelling narratives for prospective partners.
- Set and deliver ambitious growth plans for the region by hiring, motivating, and leading world-class teams focused on partnership sales and business development.
- Lead Partnership Sales Directors and their teams to generate market awareness and visibility for the partnership proposition through B2B connections and targeted outreach.
- Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners using a variety of business development activities such as networking events and direct engagement.
- Source partners capable of delivering rapid network growth by converting existing buildings or securing new properties quickly.
- Sell a comprehensive range of partnership solutions to prospects, guiding them from initial interest through commercial negotiations to board approval for new deals.
- Convert commercial discussions into signed contracts with support from legal experts, ensuring all agreements align with organisational objectives.
- Spend significant time in the field supporting country teams to execute the growth agenda effectively and consistently deliver results.
- Ensure all team members achieve annual targets by closing at least ten new deals each year through disciplined planning and execution.
- Promote the partnership proposition at trade shows and other market-facing events to maximise exposure and attract potential partners.
- Develop relationships with large real estate institutions to secure portfolio deals while conducting due diligence with prospective partners.
What you bring:
- Extensive senior B2B sales leadership experience within fast-growing multinational organisations where you have demonstrated commitment to team success.
- Proven background in complex solution or service-led sales environments with a focus on business development activities that foster collaboration.
- Previous experience in commercial real estate investment or franchise development is highly advantageous for understanding market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to remotely manage and motivate business development teams to consistently exceed targets through empathetic coaching and support.
- Flexible mindset paired with disciplined approach to business development; able to adapt strategies based on market feedback while remaining dependable under pressure.
- Self-starter attitude with proven track record of self-generating leads and focusing relentlessly on delivering results through shared goals.
- Experience sourcing and delivering multiple large-scale deals (minimum $1M investment) at pace while maintaining sensitivity towards partner needs.
- Deal-focused mentality combined with willingness to take calculated risks when necessary; always striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Outstanding communication skills enabling you to present compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences including C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen supported by financial expertise; able to instil confidence throughout the selling process while fostering trust among stakeholders.
- Proven capability working across culturally diverse populations; adept at building inter-personal relationships internally and externally.
