We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Architecture & Design Sales Manager to lead and grow our business within the architecture, design, and specification community in Singapore. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and project stakeholders to drive specification and sales of our design-driven product portfolio across residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

What you'll do:

As an Architecture and Design Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in connecting with leading figures in Singapore’s architecture and interior design sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around cultivating strong partnerships with industry professionals—ensuring that every interaction reflects your commitment to quality service. You will guide projects from inception through completion by managing specifications for a diverse range of developments. By collaborating with internal teams across logistics, project management, and customer service functions, you will ensure each client receives tailored support. Your expertise will also be called upon to provide insightful market feedback that shapes future offerings. Representing the brand at major industry gatherings will allow you to further expand your network while reinforcing your reputation as a trusted advisor in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, and project owners to drive product specification.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, project tracking, proposal preparation, and closing.

  • Promote brand and product awareness through presentations, product launches, and design events.

  • Proactively manage a pipeline of design and architectural projects from concept to installation.

Client & Project Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for A&D clients and ensure high levels of service and design consultation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, project, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

  • Track and manage project progress in CRM system; provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Market & Trend Insight

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and key developments in the Singapore design/architecture sector.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and marketing teams.

Networking & Representation

  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

  • Build and strengthen our presence within key architecture and design circles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in architecture, design, furniture, lighting, or building materials.

  • Strong network within the Singapore A&D community.

  • Proven track record of project sales and managing specification cycles.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
