What you'll do:
As a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of steering Private Brand products towards greater visibility and profitability across diverse markets. - Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored by key market segments and product SKUs to ensure successful PB product launches.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align launch roadmaps and guarantee seamless execution across all channels.
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and online platforms to expand PB distribution channels throughout Southeast Asia and global markets.
- Negotiate commercial terms with buyers and distributors while nurturing long-term relationships that support sustainable revenue growth.
- Research potential export markets for PB products, designing scalable distribution models that reflect local consumer behaviour and market structures.
- Plan and implement initiatives aimed at scaling up PB revenue and gross margin performance in line with quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance data closely to identify trends, optimise pricing strategies, refine product assortments, and enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights from market analytics to inform strategic decision-making and support future expansion efforts.
- Coordinate feedback loops between internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of product assortment and promotional activities based on real-time market feedback.

- Demonstrated history of achieving ambitious sales targets while growing revenue streams through innovative channel strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills paired with the ability to build dependable partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using sales performance data to guide business decisions effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities enabling you to engage comfortably with cross-cultural teams as well as external partners.
- Experience in international trade or export market development is highly regarded for this position.
- Familiarity with food and beverage category or prior involvement in private brand management within FMCG environments would be advantageous.
