Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales activity within both new and existing customers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the commercial growth of the business within the region through direct and partnership channels. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to work in all aspects of the “sales lifecycle”, being able to identify, qualify, draft, and close agreements with customers.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager/ Director, you will be responsible for driving sales activity within both new and existing customers. You will contribute significantly to the commercial growth of the business within the region through direct and partnership channels. Your role will involve identifying, qualifying, drafting, and closing agreements with customers. You will also support business development opportunities through effective partner relationships, deliver presentations highlighting the value of creative services, work closely with the Client Services team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, continuously maintain an understanding of creative, mobile, social trends and new ideas, and provide regular reporting of pipeline and sales forecasts.

  • Drive and execute business development activities within the region
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and non-financial sales goals
  • Support and drive business development opportunities through effective partner relationships
  • Regularly deliver presentations highlighting the value of creative services
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
  • Continuously maintain an understanding of creative, mobile, social trends and new ideas
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and sales forecasts

What you bring:

They will have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and non-financial sales goals. They will also have experience in supporting business development opportunities through effective partner relationships. Excellent presentation skills are essential for this role as well as strong collaboration skills with experience in working closely with Client Services teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Knowledge of creative, mobile, social trends and new ideas is also required.
