Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in target Southeast Asian countries. This role involves managing dealer channels, exploring market opportunities for roadbuilding products, enhancing channel capabilities, and building customer relationships.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth in target Southeast Asian countries. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage dealer channels, ensuring that our products reach the right markets. You will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while actively seeking out new ones. Gathering market information and creating product awareness in your responsible area will be key to your success. Achieving sales targets through the dealer channel as per assignment will be a significant part of your role. You will also coordinate and provide support with other staff members to ensure a smooth working process.

The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position brings a wealth of proven Road Contruction Machinery sales experience, including the ability to analyze market opportunities and identify target customer segments.
