The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and building strategic relationships with large hotel operators, partners, and key stakeholders in the APAC region. What you'll do:

As a Regional Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our client's presence within the hospitality sector across the APAC region. You'll be responsible for identifying potential partnerships, leading contract negotiations, and developing key account plans. Your ability to conduct thorough market research will inform business strategies and partnership approaches. Working within a matrixed organisational structure, you'll collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives across different geographies.

  • Identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with large hotel operators, partners and key stakeholders in the APAC region.
  • Lead negotiations and facilitate the signing of regional contracts that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive key account plans.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on progress, market insights, and performance metrics.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Business Development Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry. With at least 10 years under your belt, you have proven your ability to engage with large hotel operators and negotiate successful contracts. Your deep understanding of the APAC hospitality market will be crucial in this role. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a matrixed environment is essential as well as strong analytical skills.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of engaging with large hotel operators and successfully negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market in the APAC region.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
