This senior role, reporting directly to the CEO - APAC, will be instrumental in identifying and developing opportunities to support strong regional growth. The successful candidate will have the chance to shape the commercial strategy for the aviation industry, evaluate financial outcomes, and explore new business opportunities. As a Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth in the APAC region. Your ability to identify and seize new business opportunities will be key in expanding their market presence. You will also be responsible for retaining existing customers by understanding their needs and maintaining positive relationships. Your expertise in driving project plans for equipment management and new business will be crucial. You will also develop and implement commercial strategies while evaluating financial outcomes. Your contribution to the development of pricing proposals and operational models will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate for this Chief Commercial Officer position brings a wealth of aviation operational and business management experience. You have worked extensively within Asia and Pacific regions, demonstrating a firm understanding of multinational cultures. Your ability to develop relationships with clients and guide them on operational and business solutions sets you apart. You possess strong written and oral skills, with multi-lingual abilities being a plus. Your high-level numerical and verbal reasoning, problem-solving, communication, negotiation skills are essential for this role.

  • Experience working within Asia and Pacific with a firm understanding of multinational cultures
