Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Consumer Healthcare Business Lead with a proven track record in business development and sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the entire Consumer Health Business Unit, working closely with various teams to drive growth and success.

What you'll do:

As a Consumer Healthcare Business Lead, you will be at the forefront of our client's business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead the entire Consumer Health Business Unit. You will work closely with colleagues from different business units to align on revenue contributions, execute brand channel strategies, and explore new business opportunities. Your ability to negotiate deals effectively while maintaining strong relationships with key target customers will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Developing the Consumer Health Business Unit and overseeing all related sales and marketing activities
  • Collaborating with direct reports to negotiate annual sales targets and align on revenue contributions
  • Executing brand channel and sales plans, developing awareness and interest, initiating pilots, listing products, and negotiating discounts
  • Developing price and promotion strategies, monitoring price differences between channels during normal sales periods and events
  • Exploring, developing, and negotiating new business opportunities within the consumer health portfolio
  • Initiating ideas for cost efficiency and cross-functional synergies

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Consumer Healthcare Business Lead position brings a wealth of experience in sales or business development roles. With at least 8 years of relevant work experience under your belt, you have honed your understanding of global market trends and dynamics. Your entrepreneurial mindset coupled with your strong business acumen makes you a natural leader. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in sales or business development roles
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of global market trends and dynamics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and social skills
