What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager for Pharmaceutical Industry Clients, you will be at the forefront of identifying and targeting specific business segments. Your role will involve developing new client relationships within the life sciences, healthcare, medical equipment sectors. You will also be responsible for responding to inquiries, participating in tender bids from both domestic and international clients. Your proactive approach will be crucial in following up on leads, new customers, and routine orders. Collaborating with various departments will be key to ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

  • Identify and target specific business segments and prospective clients within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Develop new client relationships focusing on life sciences, healthcare, medical equipment, and specialised logistics services
  • Respond to inquiries and participate in tender bids from both domestic and international clients and agents
  • Proactively follow up on leads, new customers, and routine orders
  • Provide regular reports detailing business development activities and account progress
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with various departments including control tower, customer services, operations, and finance to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements
  • Supply customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to the control tower
  • Ensure profitability of generated business at all times
  • Maintain strong industry contacts and stay informed about market developments and regulatory changes
