About the Enrolment Specialist (one-year contract) Role:
Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will be responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into a customer whilst proactively managing and responding to a high volume of customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire customers by owning targets and managing a robust pipeline of prospective students
• Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective students
• Facilitate eligible candidate's enrolment journey from start to end, and ensure accuracy and validity during the enrolment process by conducting documents and contracts check throughout
• Keep accurate and detailed records of documents while handling withdrawals/deferments before start of course
• Act as the main point of support for candidates keen to enrol into the programme and provide daily updates on the progress on registration and enrolment status

To succeed in this Enrolment Specialist (one-year contract) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with various stakeholders. You will also need to possess the ability to understand an individual's wants and be able to offer a logical solution.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process driven and has the maturity to represent the brand
• Empathetic and confident during sales pitches with exceptional closing skills
• Minimum of two years of experience in consultative sales, consumer sales or admissions/recruiting
• Meticulous, able to work independently and possesses strong administrative skills
