Work for Constellar, one of Asia's fastest growing and most renowned MICE and events conglomerates. Known in the region for its quality service and award winning events, they are currently recruiting for a Commercial Development Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the SVP for Sales and Commercial Development, you will identify new sales opportunities within the tenant portfolio for the expo venue.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and develop strong relationships with the tenants
- Prepare tenders, contracts and proposals to potential clients
- Identify new tenants and new opportunities for collaboration
- Conceptualise and create initiatives to create a mutually beneficial relationship
- Manage leasing documentations and secure a strong tenant mix
- Source and identify new tenants and new developmental projects that would contribute to the growth of the firm
The successful candidate has strong partnerships and business development experience.
Key attributes:
- A Degree in Business
- At least 4 years of business development/partnerships experience within the area of travel and hospitality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Independent worker who is highly organised and goal-oriented
