Business Development and Marketing Executive

An exciting Business Development and Marketing Executive job opportunity has become available at one of the market leading law firms in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional Head of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a critical role in growing the firm's business.

About the Business Development and Marketing Executive Role:
In this business critical and dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting marketing and business development services for the Asia practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help draft compelling and engaging pitches and creds documents by practice area, team and sector
• Facilitate the RFP processes at a regional level
• Support profile raising for fee earners and drive market reputation through appropriate channels (articles, blogs, seminars)
• Maintain up-to-date content and collateral library, feeding information into relevant BD team at a firm-wide level
• Project manage the collation, preparation, content review and editing of legal submissions for regional award
• Assist in drafting and development of new collateral such as capability statements, brochures and legal profiles for strategic focus areas in Asia.
• Work with global digital and communications teams to drive digital content and engagement
• Assist in planning and management of Asia client events and internal initiatives such as Town Halls

To succeed in this Business Development and Marketing Executive job, you will need to have a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with cross-functional teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of marketing or business development experience with a strong understanding of business-to-business marketing, business development and relationship management within professional services, preferably but not restricted in the legal sector
• At least a graduate level degree or above with excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Strong project management skills, with the ability and confidence to take ownership of initiatives
• Be able to build and maintain a range of global, professional relationships across the firm - promoting integration and collaboration and being an "amassador" for Asia.
