About the B2B Sales and Account Manager (12-month) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be pivotal in client management and development of new businesses by driving the engagement and retention of client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all enterprises to drive client satisfaction
- Serve as the key liaison for all client account management matters while delivering exceptional client services
- Proactively collate feedback based on client needs, challenges and objectives to identify gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
- Proactively identify business opportunities from existing client portfolio to meet the monthly and annual KPIs
- Uphold best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success
To succeed in this B2B Sales and Account Manager (12-month) role, you will need to actively hunt while maintaining the current clientele base.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business
- Minimum of five years' experience in a sales or account management serving B2B/corporate clients, preferably in the corporate training space
- Prior experience in serving and managing relationships with business leaders across big enterprises and SMEs
- Proficient in project management and client relationship management methodologies
- Highly adept in problem solving, execution and comfortable with fragmentation
- Attentive to the needs of clients by displaying excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
