An Offering Sales Specialist (Commercial) job based in Singapore is now made available in a US MNC that provides B2B IT services. You will be reponsible driving two of the seven offerings (stated below) in the organisation within the Singapore market.
About the Offering Sales Specialist (Commercial) role:
As an Offering Sales Specialist (Commercial), you will be reporting to the Managing Director and is responsible for driving two of the seven offerings (stated below) in the organisation within the Singapore market.
You will be hunting and selling the offerings to new/ existing accounts via a consultative approach.
- Drive opportunities in two of the seven offerings
- Cyber Security
- Workplace & Mobility
- Business Process Services
- Application Services
- Cloud and Platform Services
- Enterprise Cloud Applications
- Work with industry communities to up sell and cross sell two offerings
- Work with internal team to identify and drive new opportunities
- Meet or exceed established quotas & growth targets
- Develop relationships with client stakeholders to identify and capture new opportunities
- Approach client via solution selling
- Lead workshops to develop solutions based on identified opportunities, or to create new opportunities.
- Critically analyse existing engagements (T&M, legacy towers etc.) to move to modern managed services
- Identify & help overcome delivery impediments to new sales
- Follow sales processes using tools including participation in weekly pipeline calls, forecast (R&O) processes and leadership team meetings for the accounts
To succeed in this role, you must be strong in identifying and opening up new accounts in the commercial market.
- More than 10 years' solutions or sales experience in a technology company
- Must be an expert in one of the seven offerings as stated above. Strong understanding of the industry and technology domain knowledge
- Experience selling into the Commercial Sector
- Proven sales track record
- Experience selling deal size of more than $500k to a couple of million dollars
- Strong in developing go-to-market strategy
- Basic financial analysis skills for cost/price (deal construction)
- Client focused, collaborative and responsive to changing client priorities
- Self-starter, work autonomously while aligned to strategic direction and meeting deadlines
- Strong ability to articulate the offerings in complex IT environments & commercial agreements
- Degree in relevant area of study (Engineering, Information Technology etc.)
