About the Sales Director Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to develop a broad business development strategy in ASEAN. Your main responsibility is to be the key driver of the Company’s overall sales.
- Research, qualify and approach a pipeline of relevant prospects
- Collaborate with Account Management team to monitor client satisfaction of the Company's services
- Lead the development of sales materials, tools and in-house CRM system
- Work with Marketing Director in organising marketing events with clients/prospects and other sales related initiatives
- Perform quantitative and qualitative client portfolio reviews, develop forecasts, and track performance with the management
To succeed in the Sales Director job, you will need to have strong passion, tenacity and resilience as well as flexibility in being coachable and adaptable in an ever evolving and challenging start-up environment.
- More than 5-10 years' sales experience in the financial industry
- Industry experience/knowledge of M&A, corporate finance, and/or direct investment
- Established client relationships in the financial industry (in particular M&A Advisors, PE firms)
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales target (consistent top 20% performer)
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach
- Mastery of deal closing, adapting to each client’s decision-making process
- Ability to think laterally to identify new revenue channels and sees ways around obstacles and barriers
- Strong business acumen and motivation
