What you'll do:
As an Admissions Officer based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every prospective family receives an outstanding experience from their first enquiry through to successful enrolment. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing data-driven processes that underpin strategic decision-making while maintaining high standards of customer service. - Build detailed enrolment forecasts and scenario models using historical trends, cohort analyses, and market intelligence to support strategic planning.
- Translate complex data sets into clear recommendations that enhance conversion rates, improve family experiences, increase forecasting accuracy, and support revenue stability.
- Serve as the primary system owner for admissions platforms such as OpenApply and iSAMS, ensuring optimal configuration, user permissions management, automations implementation, and audit trail maintenance.
- Champion workflow standardisation and automation by partnering with IT/Data teams to maintain robust integrations between systems while reducing manual processes.
- Oversee the full admissions lifecycle from initial enquiry through application processing, assessment coordination, offer management, onboarding procedures, and handover to academic teams.
- Set and monitor service-level standards including response times for enquiries, application decisions turnaround times, offer communications timelines, and onboarding milestones.
- Ensure all prospective families receive timely, professional communications tailored to their needs while upholding brand standards throughout their journey.
- Coordinate closely with academic leads on placement decisions as well as manage student withdrawal processes with accurate documentation reflected in reporting.
