This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts and secure sustainable growth in revenue and profit within the HORECA sector.

What you'll do:

As a Channel Executive, your primary focus will be on achieving top line sales revenue, volume targets, and allocation optimization in the HORECA sector. You will be responsible for canvassing for sales and servicing accounts within this market, while also supporting the business unit with monthly sales performance reporting. Your role will involve liaising with the marketing team to implement consumer promotions, as well as continuously assessing potential new accounts. You will ensure high-quality trade activation through careful programme planning and implementation, while also following company guidelines regarding budget management.

  • Canvassing for sales and account servicing for Singapore market, focusing on HORECA channels.
  • Supporting business unit with monthly sales performance reporting and promotion calendar.
  • Achieving and exceeding the sales plan crafted for HORECA to meet growth targets.
  • Delivering best-in-class HORECA Distribution Segmentation and Strategic Visibility.
  • Continuously assessing the addressable outlet universe to acquire and penetrate new accounts.
  • Ensuring high quality trade activation in terms of programme planning and implementation.
  • Following governance and controls process for HORECA spend budgets.
  • Assisting Channel In Charge to develop new business channel for sales opportunities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Channel Executive role brings at least two years of experience in Sales, preferably within the HORECA sector. You possess strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills that enable you to effectively manage relationships with key outlet customers. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously along with your strong planning and analytical skills make you adept at adapting to change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, as is a deep understanding of the HORECA dynamics and outlet universe in Singapore.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably with HORECA sales experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills; ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of the HORECA dynamics and outlet universe in Singapore.
  • Existing network from HORECA channel.
  • Driven, self-motivated, proactive and positive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relation and communication skills.
