What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of managing and nurturing our key client relationships within the data center industry. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, propelling revenue growth, and pinpointing opportunities to broaden our services. You will need a deep understanding of the data center industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate enduring, robust client relationships.

  • Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with key clients in the colocation industry.
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling colocation services to existing clients.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with key clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and company goals.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Key Account Manager position will bring a minimum of 3 years' experience overseeing global accounts. You should have proficiency in managing forecasts and pipelines, along with excellent negotiation skills. Your exceptional time management capabilities will enable you to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining your composure. Your superior communication skills will allow you to effectively engage with individuals at all organisational levels.
