Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Partner Commerce Manager to lead the implementation of their overall digital sales strategy and initiatives. This role will be instrumental in growing the digital wholesale channel, delivering analytics services to key stakeholders, and driving the digital agenda across the organisation

What you'll do:

As a Digital Partner Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of our client's overall digital sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be enabling digital wholesale sell-out to drive and ensure net sales achievement. You will act as a local 'centre of expertise', responsible for increasing sell-through and market share across all digital wholesale channels. You will also be tasked with implementing, scaling, and governing digital wholesale initiatives in South East Asia. In addition, you will work closely with various teams to tailor global business development initiatives to specific needs of SEA. Your role will also involve acting as a digital consultant to global/local key accounts in partnership with account teams.

  • Enable digital wholesale sell-out to drive and ensure net sales achievement
  • Act as a local 'centre of expertise' responsible for increasing sell-through and market share across all digital wholesale channels
  • Responsible for the implementation, scaling and governance of digital wholesale initiatives in South East Asia
  • Work closely with the Emerging Market DPC team to tailor global business development initiatives to specific needs of SEA
  • Act as a digital consultant to the global/local key accounts in partnership with the account teams
  • Work with EM DPC Analytics team to improve reporting structures, localize reporting/analytics solutions/tools and provide key stakeholders with relevant data insights impacting business
  • Develop and maintain digital competency within SEA and the wider wholesale organisation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Digital Partner Commerce Manager position brings proven project management skills along with an ability to lead diverse teams. You are comfortable presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders due to your strong communication skills. An innovative mindset is crucial for this role, along with a can-do attitude that encourages change and takes personal ownership. You have basic to advanced Microsoft Office skills and are fluent in English, both verbally and written. A university degree in the field of Business or equivalent is required, along with 5+ years of professional experience, including extensive experience in the ecommerce field.

  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders
  • Innovative mindset, encouraging change, taking personal ownership and can-do attitude
  • Basic to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluency in English both verbally and written
  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
  • 5+ years professional experience, with extensive experience in ecommerce field (ex: digital merchandising, digital consumer experience and/or digital marketing)
  • Understanding of the Southeast Asia e-commerce landscape
