What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager, Modern On Trade, your primary responsibility will be developing strategic plans that cater to the unique needs of each customer. You'll negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts while ensuring agreements align with company policies. Staying informed about market trends and competitors' activities will be crucial for this role. Additionally, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Developing and executing business plans with assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and profits.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for major accounts, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Creating account plans tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts while ensuring agreements align with company policies.
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
