Our client is seeking a dedicated and strategic Assistant Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute business plans with key accounts, manage end-to-end projects, and drive sales targets and profits.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be developing and executing business plans with assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and profits. You will serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. Your role will involve strategic planning, creating account plans tailored to each customer’s specific needs. You'll also negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts while ensuring agreements align with company policies. Staying informed about market trends and competitors' activities will be crucial for this role. Additionally, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Create account plans tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
  • Maximize Trade investment returns and invest strategically to drive higher ROI.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
