The firm has five main lines of information services products and portfolio and is looking to expand its footprint in key markets like Australia and Indonesia. In this newly created job, you will support the firm's top-tier customers across the region.
About the Customer Success Executive Role: Reporting to the Global Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting the firm's top-tier customers.
Work with global account managers to drive long-term partnerships with key accounts
Manage and drive customer engagement plans and delivery for all relevant accounts. This would include training on key features and product upgrades to increase customer engagement levels
Monitor data points and usage stats to drive improvement plans for key accounts
Recognise gaps and potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Listen to customer feedback and work with technical teams to address any issues
The successful Customer Success Executive has good business acumen and is a strong relationship builder.
Degree in business
At least two years' client servicing, customer success or account management experience
Strong business acumen coupled with good listening skills
A relationship builder who is keen to build their careers in a commercial function
