Transformation Lead

A Transformation Lead job has become available at one of the leading international banks in Singapore.

About the Transformation Lead Role:
The team you will be joining is responsible for managing the implementation of Strategy ’25 within the TTO (Transformation, Technology and Operations) organisation. This role will require the successful individual to work across all aspects of the transformation, including providing support for the scoping, shaping, solutioning and execution of a wide range of TTO Transformation Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing organisational strategy relating to its workforce, location, vendor and real estate
• Support the development of business cases articulating investment required and/or benefits anticipated for transformation initiatives
• Generate reports to track transformation progress against stated objectives

To be successful in this Transformation Lead role, a backgroung in management or technology consulting is an advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in financial institutions and in transformation management and/or programme management within the Technology or Operations area
• Previous management or technology consulting experience and agile delivery desirable
• Good understanding of programme and project benefits tracking
• Previous project management skills and/or experience working in an enterprise wide PMO team
