Senior Project Manager (Enterprise CRM, Data & AI)

Our client is a well-established, large-scale organisation undergoing a multi-year digital transformation. With strong investment in enterprise systems, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions, the company places a high priority on governance, delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes. This role sits within abPMO environment and works closely with senior leadership across technology and business functions. About the Role * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business systems, data, and AI-driven initiatives * Own project scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery outcomes * Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape business cases and delivery strategy * Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, data, security, architecture, and vendors * Ensure strong governance through steering committees, RAID management, and reporting * Manage risks, dependencies, and financial controls across multiple workstreams * Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and external implementation partners * Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory standards * Support change management, user adoption, and benefits realisation * Mentor project managers and contribute to PMO capability and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• PMP-certified Senior Project Manager with experience in a PMO-governed environment

• 5–8+ years of experience delivering medium to large-scale IT or digital programmes

• Strong track record managing projects with direct business impact

• Comfortable working with senior leadership and balancing influence, collaboration, and control

• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

• Experience managing budgets, vendors, risks, and complex dependencies

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Background in data platforms, enterprise systems, or AI-enabled initiatives preferred

• Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Information Management (PIM) is a plus
