What you'll do:

As a PMO Manager based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership by overseeing the successful delivery of strategic projects across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Frame and track multiple projects simultaneously by developing comprehensive project charters, timelines with key milestones, and detailed activity plans that ensure clarity and accountability throughout each initiative.
  • Facilitate meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes, ensuring all participants are aligned on objectives and outstanding decisions are documented for follow-up.
  • Partner with deployment leads to monitor progress on various projects, proactively identifying potential risks or delays and implementing solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Define success metrics for each project in collaboration with stakeholders, establishing measurable goals that reflect business priorities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders by demonstrating emotional intelligence, understanding their motivations, resolving conflicts sensitively, and identifying unarticulated needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Take initiative in communicating updates to relevant stakeholders about workstreams, ensuring transparency and fostering trust within the organisation.

  • Deliver concise yet effective presentations and memos using principles of communications design; clearly structure information hierarchies on slides while balancing text with visual content for maximum impact.

  • Provide coordination support by setting up calls and meetings as needed for larger project initiatives; review deliverables meticulously to catch errors before finalisation and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

What you bring:

To excel as a PMO Manager within this esteemed hospitality organisation in Singapore, you will bring proven experience managing complex projects from conception through completion within fast-paced environments.

  • Hold a four-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Communications or a related major which provides a solid foundation for understanding organisational dynamics.
  • Demonstrate 8-10 years’ experience in management consulting, hotel management, business analysis or similar professional areas where you have honed your project management expertise.
  • Exhibit advanced analytical skills including proficiency in developing Excel models; experience with Access, SQL or VBA is considered advantageous for handling complex data sets.
  • Show acute attention to detail by consistently catching errors before deliverables are finalised; your meticulous approach ensures quality outcomes every time.
  • Display high levels of emotional intelligence when interacting with C-suite stakeholders; your ability to understand motivations and resolve conflicts supports harmonious working relationships.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; your presentations are clear and engaging while your memos articulate critical decisions concisely.
