On behalf of our client, we are seeking a committed and meticulous Project Coordinator for their Store Planning department. This role presents an exhilarating chance to contribute to the overall project management for retail and trade projects within South Asia Pacific.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting and coordinating on behalf of the Store Planning function, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across all levels of the organisation. With a competitive salary range of 4200 - 5000, this three-month position is located in the lively city of Singapore.

What you'll do:

As a Project Coordinator, your role will be central in supporting the overall project management for retail and trade projects within South Asia Pacific. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, preparing project submission packs, tracking internal project approvals, and maintaining regional drawings & samples library. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring project payments & close-outs, supporting team on building travel itinerary, managing minor projects, and driving special projects/initiatives requiring internal cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in preparing project submission packs and tracking internal project approvals
  • Support in creating presentation materials such as PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update regional drawings & samples library
  • Monitor project payment & close-outs, ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded
  • Support team on building travel itinerary, liaising with appointed travel agency on logistics arrangements
  • Manage minor projects such as cosmetic upgrades and other small works as assigned by Director – Store Planning.
  • Support SPMs on driving special projects/initiatives requiring internal cross functional teams.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator role brings a wealth of skills and qualifications to the table. You have 2-3 years experience with an Architectural/Technical Certificate and prior experience in administration. You are comfortable with MS suite and have proficiency in budgeting & business reporting (Coupa). Experience working with global organizations is a plus. A background in facilities, maintenance, store planning, architecture, engineering would set you apart from other candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is mandatory while knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred. A background in accounting would be advantageous.
