Our client is seeking a Transformation and Integration Manager based in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of their transformation agenda, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of transformation projects within APAC. What you'll do:
As a Manager for Transformation & Integration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's future. You will be responsible for developing project plans and instructions for transformation deployment, ensuring that these projects are integrated into the global transformation framework. Your role will involve working with project leads to manage interdependencies and achieve optimal business outcomes. You will also lead change management efforts, preparing teams and departments for operational changes resulting from business transformations or integrations.
- Coordinate, monitor and report on the implementation of transformation projects within APAC
- Work closely with project leads to ensure progress against plans and assist with early interventions where actions are needed
- Serve as a connector into the global transformation network for APAC
- Coordinate the integration of newly acquired businesses and joint ventures into the company
- Manage business integrations, ensuring workstream leads are completing required actions and connecting workstream leads to ensure consistency in processes
- Develop strategies to align newly acquired businesses and JVs with the company's goals, ensuring synergy and cost-effectiveness

As a Manager for Transformation & Integration, you bring valuable aviation operational and business management experience. Your background working within Asia has given you a firm understanding of multinational cultures and different business acumen. Your strong project management experience coupled with your spreadsheeting and analytical skills make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your high-level numerical and verbal reasoning abilities along with your problem-solving, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this position.
- Aviation operational and business management experience
